Warranty & Return/Refund Policy
We will only accept returns for refund within 7 days of purchase and under the following conditions:
- If the wrong model was sent to you
- If the valve is not functioning properly and you provide written confirmation from a certified technician that that valve is not working.
Please contact us to get an RMA number and return instructions.
We will not accept returns for refund under the following conditions:
- If the valve was not installed by a licensed gas technician.
- Any installations, conversions, or modifications of our gas valves by someone who is not a licensed gas technician will void all warranties.
- We will not issue refunds if you discover your gas appliance does not require a new gas valve or you do not require the valve anymore or if you purchase the incorrect model.
If you have purchased the wrong model, in order to receive the correct model or a refund, please contact us first. If we choose to refund, we will ask you to ship the wrong model to our warehouse and you will be charged a 15% handling fee and a restocking fee.
If you meet the criteria above and would like to return your current valve for a new valve or refund, please contact us for an RMA number before you ship to the address provided below. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
